Steve Stone President/CEO

Steve pitched for the San Diego Padres organization for 3 years, and then pitched 3 years in Mexico. Steve previously founded THE LAB Professional Baseball Instruction, Inc. Conducting private lessons, camps and clinics. Steve is also the National Vice President of Training and Development for MVP, and is responsible for all training at new MVP facilities Nation wide.

Marty Berson VP/Director of Baseball Operations

Marty has extensive coaching experience. Marty is one of the premier coaches in southern California and has managed in the minor leagues as well as 33 years coaching high school and college teams. Marty's record as a coach speaks for itself. Marty has a long list of players that have or are currently in the major leagues: Glenn Hoffman (Boston), Marty Castillo (Detroit/Cincinnati), Greg Mathews (St. Louis), Rodney McCray, Rick Ombey (NY Mets), John Moses (Seattle), Victor Darensborg (Florida/Atlanta), plus 75 minor league players. Marty is also the National Director of Training for MVP and is responsible for certification of all instructors for MVP Nation wide.

Brian Greer VP/Director of Player Development

Brian, a former major league player for the San Diego Padres was the #1 draft pick out Sonora High School and played 6 years with the Padres Organization. Brian also spent the last 18 years playing open and major slow pitch softball, as well as conducting private lessons and running camps and clinics for THE LAB Professional Baseball Instruction, Inc. Brian is also the National Director of Video Production for MVP, and is responsible for the production of baseball/softball related training DVD's for MVP Nation wide.

Bob Todd, Pitching Instructor, Fast Pitch Softball

Assistant coach at Cal State Dominguez Hills. For the past 16 year Bob has successfully developed young girls for success at the highest levels and is continually sought after for clinics throughout the U.S. Internationally, he has worked with pitchers and in clinics throughout the world including New Zealand, Spain and the Mainland of China. More impressive than his experience and winning record is his success rate with more than 96% of his students going on to play at the collegiate level. Bob is also a member of the MVP Advisory Board.

At MVP, all of our coaches not only have extensive collegiate and professional baseball experience, but they are also graduates of MVP's own nationally certified training system. By combining the "best of the best" -- the sport of baseball and decades of national educational research -- we believe our program surpasses anything of its kind, anywhere. The expertise of the training staff as well as the positive discipline and teaching methods used at MVP help foster greater learning capacity and development of potential in a non-threatening environment. Re-certification is required of all our coaches every two years, thus ensuring that our programs utilize the highest standards for personal growth and development in the sports industry.
